IE problems with this navigation

PLEASE!!! I desperately need help with the gray nav bar on this web site.

In Mozilla, it's working like it should, but in IE, it whites out all of the nav areas... why is the background image not showing up?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I already saw your problem but on first glance I still don't get the reason why, ill try to check later when i get home from work. :)
