problem CSS IE, firefox works fine, but IE frozen page

Hi, I use Joomla with the template rokwebify. I don't have IE here so I never noticed the problem, but people with IE seem not to be able to click on any link!! It works fine with firefox. the site is www.veikau.com please help thank you. I can post my css files if needed. It seems you can click anywhere while the page is still loading, but as soon as it is loaded, it's like frozen, and you can't click anywhere or vote to the polls or anything... Ben
