I am between a beginner and intermediate I suppose at web design, I have a pretty good handle on HTML and a starting handle on CSS.
I use Fireworks or photoshop to make my layout, then export them to dreamweaver to finish off the site.
I was recently told though that the real way / pro way to do it is to Use CSS and avoid the table and CS automatic HTML. I should use div tags.
My question is what is the best way to layout a site and the sequence I should follow?
