hello folks,
I start modding on a new theme, that wordpress theme got a javasript that flash news.
see the website :http://www.casapost.biz

the problem is if i want to put any post or page, in that section, so I have to do it manually, so i have to put the HTML code.
My Question is how can I change that probleme, in instead of coping HTML code, just to get post automatically from a category, So any post from that category will be showen as the news flash right now.

the javaScript for that file is :
<div id="Featured">
<script type="text/javascript">

var delay = 5000; //set delay between message change (in miliseconds)
var maxsteps=30; // number of steps to take to change from start color to endcolor
var stepdelay=40; // time in miliseconds of a single step
//**Note: maxsteps*stepdelay will be total time in miliseconds of fading effect
var startcolor= new Array(234,250,255); // start color (red, green, blue)
var endcolor=new Array(0,0,0); // end color (red, green, blue)

var fcontent=new Array();
begintag='<div style="font: normal 11px Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; padding: 10px;">'; //set opening tag, such as font declarations
fcontent[0]="<b>News 1</b><br><br>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Quisque sed felis. Aliquamit amet felis.
