I have a PS mockup that I want coded to Transitional CSS (not Strict; not HTML5). The project is a makeover of an existing site and I already have most of the code done. However, I NEED the following features:
1) Alt text to sit BEHIND images (not -9999px off page)
2) Am using a single image for additional navigation and want to create blocks of links
3) To accommodate page re-sizing in a browser, I don't want to re-size the text or the content divs
4) must be adaptive fluid layout
5) Code must be validated
Salary: $40 (This is a 1-day job, max)
Contract: No
Payment: Will pay after testing in multiple browsers
Your choice of using my CSS or writing your own.
Please include links of sample work.
