This is the first time I ever stopped and coded a pre-planned layout from someone else. (meaning off an image, I normally do it from scratch off the top of my head.)
It all makes sense but one thing.
I have a border type of situation going on around the whole page. See picture below, how do I get that whole border area affect, and still have it going downward, is this the type of design, I am going to need scrolling bars with or is there something I can do with the borders, to make them extend to the content.
I need to make a layout setup, but I am not sure how to do this one.

I need to make that image, I can easily do the header, and the content area, actually I could just make the whole thing a background, but what happens if I need the page to go downwards, what do I do about that, any advice/guidance/direction would be appreciated.
