I am looking for a XHTML/CSS designer (and a developer) to help me clean-up http://sominty.com. Basically, the site is going to get an over-haul in a few weeks, with some major sponsorship coming our way and needs to be re-designed and given a more standard look.

SoMinty is a community-based blog/portal that gets 2000 unique visitors and 120,000 hits a month. We focus on Music, Movies and Food. We get access to a lot of music weeks before they hit the stores, and have writers from every background.

If you are interested, email me azeem@sominty.com.

NOTE: This is a collab project. You'll get to be involved in a big community, but this is a non-paying job.

You mention "XHTML/CSS designer", but that statement is confusing: do you mean somebody to design (the graphical, visual look of the site) or code (the XHTML/CSS markup and stylesheet, standards-compliant, etc)?

like I said, i need someone who is a xhtml/css designer, which means someone to code.

Thanks for clearing up the confusion. For the record, general vernacular refers to such a role as a "coder" or "developer," with "designer" referring to a visual/creative role.
