IE adding extra height to 100% height table

I am trying to make a table be 100% height, and have made it work in every brower except IE. For some reason it is adding a bunch of height arbitrarily. Check it out in IE and let me know if you have any tips or other sites that might be able to help. www.suburbiaadvertising.com/hillside

PS: the table is blue so I can tell what is going on...

I never have problem with table for 100% height in IE and other browsers.
Use margin:0;

I have my page margins set to 0. I just cant figure out why IE is adding scroll bars!
