Resizing background image but having text immediately below image

Hi. I've been successful in using CSS to create a page where the background image resizes to fit whatever browser window size the user has open. I've also been able to place text on that image. But what if I want to place text immediately below that image: so the image resizes to browser window size but the text is always in the same place directly below the image. Is that possible? I've searched a lot but been unable to find a solution for placing text below a resizable image.
