What could I add/ do to make it a better experience? the site is nmnetworksolutions.net (http://nmnetworksolutions.net/) and

Both are not bad. However rent-your-website has large logo in header, its too big! nmnetworksolutions's blue logo does not match with some green on content and the structure layout doesn't stand out. I suggest sketch layout to help you make proper structure layouts.

the logo for nmnetworksolutions should be on every page, maybe at the top of the right column menu.

i think the flash intro is good but the shadow for the copy is a little distracting and doesn't contour to the stuff moving in the background. i think you could do without it.

tighten up some of the white space under the page name header.

and also the header for rent-your-website is way too big. on 800x600, that's all you see.

The sites show up well on my screen, but I think alot of web users will have a problem viewing the page corretly.
