Looks like its working fine to me but you might think about using classes on each div instead of inline styling so its easier to understand the layout.

One thing I'm thinking is moving the apply now button down into the copy on the first page and maybe turn it into a 480x60 banner. I might also ask him if the Loan Originator License information...

Not all systems have the same fonts and that goes doubly for different operating systems. So you need to either use images or use standard font sets...

A few thoughts

Personally I think that large radius rounded corners are ugly and in general will only go as high as 10px.
The site is suppose to be fun so don't only rely on color also use...
