I'm unable to fix your issue. The problem is you don't have a container. You only have the header, content and right side. No body or wrapper as main layout, behaving like a main table.

That's too many. I would use table if I were you and add css to the stylesheet. No one will look in your source if you're using tables for that. Or one image with several rollover buttons.

I never try only xhtml/css to show/hide answer. It always need JS, Ajax or DHTML.
