Default Problem with IE7 and FF5

I have a page to use the same .css files (ReadOnlyCss.css, TempCss.css), but IE7 and FF5 don't work same
These are result on FF5 and IE7
Result Button : Picture about Button
Result TextBox : Picture about TextBox

They are css files :
ReadOnlyCss
TempCss

Help me. Thank your helps very much

I think atttributes of CSS make my page change result. Do you think?

pictures cannot be debugged and CSS is of no use with the HTML it styles.

First here's some reading for you
Websites shouldnt look the same across different browsers

Secondly:
Points (pt) are NOT suitable unit for setting sizes on screen. Points are for PRINT SIZES only.

Thirdly:

What exactly are we supposed to be looking for?

I'm going to remove this one post. I don't like all the non-recognized characters being displayed. Please re-post just the link - as Chris requested. We should be able to help you out from there.

Ok, i lied.. i can't read that to save my life... what are we looking for here?

Hi, rkrause
The first, I thanks you to take part in my thread to solve my problems.
About non-recognized characters, they are Chinese Characters, I will see them of you install chinese language.
