Default Odd padding issue in IE7

The 'Go to payment' button on the bottom of this page looks like it has a right padding of about 100px in IE7. Anyone know why? I'm stumped.

Grateful for any suggestions!

Yes, that's why I'm still supporting it. I'm not normally that picky though, it's just that this time the problem makes the button not look like a button which impacts on usability.

Any ideas what the issue might be?

Then use conditional comments and put a "button" there instead.

Surely there must be a way to fix this without hacks?

Conditional comments are not "hacks". piddling about with CSS rendering bugs and silly tricks with invalid characters are hacks.

Conditional comments are the MS way of saying "Yes our browser is ****, but here's a way you can get around that"

You have three choices:

Accept what IE7 makes of your CSS rules and move on.

OR

You can just provide simpler code for an outdated browser that will work.

OR

Continue to waste time and resorces by banging your head against the Microsft brick wall of poorly developed browsers.

Personally I gave up on IE7 many months ago now, I have better things to do with my time, than waste it on something that has been pretty much dead for the past two or three years.
