Having trouble with div element not showing on top

I have a plugin I'm using that has a drop down from a <select>.
The z-index of the div that is dropping down is set to 1010 default.
The other element do not have a z-index set at all, yet this is being hidden.

Is there another property I should look into? I would like to have this show on top of all other elements as it will be closed.
