Default All pages lean to the left?

Hello

The different parts of my Web site seem to be proportionate (menubar, footer, images, etc), but everything seems to lean towards the left. They should be more in the middle.

Please see screenshots.

What should I be correcting, please, in my CSS to make it more central? I have tried to change the html margin tags, then changed them back,
and the body tags, but no luck. The footer, particularly, seems a bit stubborn.

Maybe the relevant CSS code that needs amending is this?

Code:
{
  margin: 0;
}

 /* {
  margin: 0 auto;
}*/

html, body {
  height: 100%;
}

#Footer
        {
            position: absolute;
            bottom: 0px;
            background-color: #676767;
            color: #eee;
            /*width:100%;*/
            height: 50px;
            width: 700px;
            text-align:center;
            font-family: 'Droid Sans', 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;
            font-size:14px;
            color: #ffffff;
            padding-top:20px;
             /*margin: 0 auto;*/
             /*margin-left:200px;*/
             margin-right:100px;
             border-top-left-radius: 6px;
             border-top-right-radius: 6px;
             -moz-border-radius-topright:6px;
             -moz-border-radius-topleft:12px;
             -webkit-border-top-right-radius:12px;
             -webkit-border-top-left-radius:12px;
        }
As you can see, I have been trying alternatives.

Thanks for any advice.

If you want the forum in the middle, give it a set width and an auto margin.

I will try it, Meesa, thanks. I have the right and left set to auto. I will try the margin attributes. Thanks for your advice.

If you're using absolute positioning in your forum, it will not work.

I do have one or two attributes that are absolutely positioned, for example, the footer, and a couple of text boxes.

I will do as you suggest and set a width and an auto margin.

At the moment, I have this:

Code:
{
  margin: 0;
}

 html, body {
  height: 100%;
}
Thanks again for your time.

Do you have a live link to the page? Otherwise I'll need some HTML as well.

Hello

Sorry f the delay in getting back to you (Internet connection problem).

Thanks for your offer. I have changed a couple of things and it looks a bit better now. It's part of an uncompiled ASP.NET project so it's not online yet, but thank you anyway.
