Default New to html...how to create this?

Hello,
I am new to HTML.
I have just signed up to big cartel and want to design and build my own show as part of a personla project.

I know im crazy and should maybe leave it to the pros build like to learn.

This is my perfect idea of layout http://shop.bigcartel.com/ I absolutly love how you scrol down and have text hover over the images followed by a store at the bottom.

Can anyone advise me what i need to re-search or how i can achieve this?

thank you in advance for anyone taking the time to reply

To put it simply, you have to take classes in architecture before you can design a building. Pick up a book about HTML5 and CSS3, and start learning. You'll also need JavaScript for something like that, but learn the basics first.

Not sure why you think that, as there is absolutely no hint that it is, and I'm pretty sure it's not.

HTML remains for HyperText Markup Language. It is a dialect to depict the substance of web records. It utilizes an exceptional language structure containing markers that is called components which are wrapped around the content inside the record to show how client specialists. For eg. web programs ought to decipher that bit of the document. html tutorials pdf The motivation behind a web program, for example, Internet Explorer or Firefox, is to peruse HTML reports and show them as pages.

Labels more often than not come in sets, are encompassed by edge sections and for the most part have "opening" and "shutting" labels, i.e. <html></html>. In many programs there is a "Source" or "View Source" alternative, ordinarily under the View menu. Attempt this now - go to your most loved site, pick this alternative, and invest some energy taking a gander at the HTML that makes up the structure of the page.

HTML can implant programs written in a scripting dialect, for example, JavaScript which influence the conduct and substance of site pages. Consideration of CSS characterizes the look and design of substance. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), maintainer of both the HTML and the CSS norms, has supported the utilization of CSS over unequivocal presentational HTML since 1997.

Yeah id start with the basics first that

background-image: url(".../..../.....Backround.jpg");
background-attachment: fixed;
background-size: cover;

will give you that scrolling effect then there is parallax which is slightly different in the the background moves at a different rate to scrolling speed.

But i agree if you dont know Html and css and javascript , its best to learn first , through a book , follow along tutorials , or taking sites apart . Whatever easiest for you .
