Default Whitespace and horiz scrollbars when browser window gets small

When the browser window gets smaller than a certain width, I get horizontal scrollbars -- which is ok... my problem is that there is a chunk of whitespace to the right of my main div (wrap) that gets bigger as the browser window gets thinner.

I've tried various things to get rid of it, including removing margins and paddings and making divs thinner, and using % instead of px. I just can't figure it out.

I'll post code if you need it, but it might be easier to just see it at: http://jasonmayoff.com/giraffe
