Attempting to put information and a picture side by side

Here's a preview of the information and picture I'm trying to align side by side. I have tried for hours on my own and failed time after time. I've used HTML on everything you see in this picture and can't seem to align the information on the left side, and the picture below to appear to the right of it. Can anyone help?

(Note: I can't post all of my HTML here, due to it being around 15,000 characters.)

That's it. There is no CSS involved as far as I know. I can also screencap where I'm inserting this information.

The section labeled "Signature" is where I'm using the HTML.

If you don't have CSS access, then what you want to do isn't possible.
