Problem with Sidebar

When this page is viewed in a small resolution browser like 1280x800 the sidebar wraps down to the bottom of the page.

The Container div is 940px wide, the Content div is 700px wide with a 20px right margin, and the Sidebar is 220px wide, and I believe the inline divs on the page are no more that 700px wide.

Any help will be appreciated.
