Default remove the little dotted line around a clickable image

Hi all,

I am having quite some progress with fancy buttons and stuff, but 1 thing that really iritates me are the little dotted lines around a clickable image when the mouse is pressed down.
See:

Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I am using firefox btw if that helps.
Cheers!!

You would have to be as ONLY Firefox shows the outline. AND they are there by default for a reason.
Accessibility. By removing them you may be doing a disservice to visitors who rely on them for accessing the site, and use FF for that reason.

However.
