Default Space below image in IE7

Hi there I have two side by side divs on my page. I want it to look like they have rounded corners so I've placed an image at the bottom of the div. For some reason it leaves a tiny space after it and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. Because I couldn't get rid of it I tried placing the image as a background graphic and that is not displaying. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. The div on the left just has an image placed in it and the div on the right has the image as a background. The page is located here:

Thanks in advance for any help,

Duke
