Default positioning footer

Ok, positioning a footer (privacy info, copyright info, etc) on a webpage irregardless of content length is easy if you are messing with server-side scripting (i.e., PHP). But how is it accomplished if I don't have access to server-side. keeping the mind set that content area length is going to change. Is there a way to do it with CSS?? That way I don't have to worry about someone not having javascript active.

Default Re: positioning footer

never mind. I found the posting about "Sticky Footer". From the looks of that, I can make mine work.
