To vertically center the text, set the line-height in your CSS to the height of the image.

It looks like you're using 'Theron Lite' - which should be responsive by default and your site appears to be misaligned because of coding issues. It looks like the code structure was messed up somewhere. Just break-fixing and using whatever means you can all over the place isn't a good idea.

If you've been at it for a few months then you should know where everything is. I would re-install the template fresh taking note of your plugins and extensions.

I think you could have that working and looking right inside 3 hours if you took screenshots of each page for reference.
