I like it, very clean.

Here are some of my thoughts:

Design-wise
- Why not opt for a 2 column lay-out so scrolling is brought back a minimum?
- Maybe you want to add roll-overs for the link and give non-links a different look? At first i thought the "services" titles were links aswell but they aren`t. Makes it less confusing for visitors IMO.

Code-wise
- Try and group things together instead of re-naming it in every div. Make a container div wich holds (for example): width, padding, font, size etc... This way all divs in the container div will take those rules and use them. This will result in a smaller css file and faster loading times

You don't need to use <p></p> all the time.

Postive:
- Nice first CSS!
- Clean layout
- Strong large heading

Negative:
- Why is all your content on the left side?
- Portfolio area would be great on right side next to 'Services' area
- Make link hover with underline or different colour
- Subject dropdown box and Message comment are too small and very different font than the normal font you're using in content area.
- In footer, copyright and links are different height between top and bottom.

Forget what I am saying about portfolio area. I just click your portfolio work, it turns out the page is fast loading incl image work. It's great! (Probably my ADSL speed)
