CSS expert wanted for changes to one page

Hi

I need someone who is good at CSS and who can do this. The CSS must validate and work without problems in all major browsers.

See screenshot. The normal content page hasn't got a seperator in the middle splitting the content container into 2 colums, I just want this effect with the 'news and notices' page so I need the right css styles to accomplish the 2 column effect and new text styles.

Job: I need the CSS and corresponding html for:
- The seperator/columns (I don't know what you call it) that can create 2 equal colums in the content container with 50/50 space on the left and right of the seperator.
- The new text styles for this news area

I can provide the existing css files if needed.

I am able to to do this. Just to clarify, you wanted the box containing "NamePros Summer Party" be split into two equal parts?
