Default Columns

Hi,

I'm pretty new to CSS (and this forum) and was wondering what the best layout for my current design was.... 3 column, 4 column or 1 column and floating the boxes? The top right bit (with the illustration) will be a flash component...

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

S.

I`d say 2 column, one left column and one main content column with different div boxes for the content.

Thanks for the reply. Would a 4-column layout be a little more difficult to implement on this design?

I would take the 4-column layout
one with the left stuff, one with the flash header, one with the content - including small div boxes - and one with the footer...

That is not 4 column, or am i missing something. The way you explain it above here it means the footer will be the 4th column on the far right.

The fact that you have a seperate div at the bottom for a footer doesn`t mean it`s a column.

Let me know if i`m wrong here carina.
