Help on centering Flash Menu Bar

I have the following code that I am currently using in Dreamweaver. I have just started working in dreamweaver and am learning the program parameters as I go. I cannot get the java menu bar to center below or be the exact length as my decorative picture divider. Any Ideas?? (See Code Below)

You need to upload this somewhere, because you need to include all of the scripts and stylesheets used. All of these in your header, which we can't see:

Any of these might affect your problem. Also in your header you link to this:

Which the original author asks that you don't do. You should download that and put it in the same folder as the linked files that you have above.
