Refresh once

How can I get a web page, after loading, to immediately refresh itself one time only? The borders on my tables do not load completely at first. If I refresh the page they appear just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm loosing sleep over this one. Thank you.

Try this:

<body onResize="window.location.href = window.location.href;">

or maybe onload? I use that for an IE glitch on a page that doesn't react to a re-sizing. Works fine for me, but it won't validate at the W3C.
