Anyone know CAKE?

I just got a site where the dev company quit responding to these people so I said I could do it. So I get all the files and find out it is done in CAKE!

Does anyone know how I get into it? There's probably a password so I may be out of luck unless there's a way around that as well.
The site has the following folders: app, cake, cgi-bin, docs, vendors, .htaccess and index.php I've looked in most of the foldrs and have tried opening the files but get cake dB type errors.

the site is promperfect.org. I have not yet officially been hired so am still only in the exploratory stage.

Are you sure the database is on the web server and not sitting on a local machine? The concept seems pretty simple, but who is the "lead" page generated for and where does it go?

Yes, the site is running and like I said there are only 2 pages. That's all I know

Oh i see... it doesn't have a validation script running, that's why i was getting errors. Have you checked GAF for any potential help?

I keep registering with different emails but never get the confirmation email to join

I dont even see that option. Once i enter phone number and text message it says "thank you" we'll send your message at the specified time.

I know. I don't even know who gets the alert if one is even being sent. I was hoping there was a control panel somewhere but if I can't figure it out then bye bye cake.

i would ditch that anyway... there aren't really a lot of cake gurus i know of...
