Hi! I'm a newbie on making websites and using CSS. For the site I'm making I've downloaded almost all CSS, personalized it and have it working.
I would like to have language options for spanish and english (using flags or text) on the top right corner, linking to the different language pages. Can somebody please help me with the CSS codes? Thanks a million

If they are linking to CSS pages, then the only CSS is the positioning. Just use anchors to make the flag take you to the correct page.
