That slogan on the flash seems to have no relevance to the pictures. And it feels like there should be more links, not that everything but the menu should be static. Especially the purpose/mission/role boxes, those really feel like they're missing a link.

i love acrylic, but i hate your subnavigation menu!

. When a user clicks on a category, they should still see that category and the others, in addition to the newly revealed subcategories. Also, i think the menu looks and feels cheap, when compared to the rest of the site, which looks good.
