New forum v2 design - your opinions

Hello,

Please post here your opinions for WeLoveCSS's new design of version 2.

So we know what do you want for our new design. Do you like small font, size 11px? Or what? Well post!

I would like to have clean, simple and white spaces. With 100% width layout, about 10px margin, graphic pixel style and have right side box too.

I honestly would not change the design. Its really great, by far the best forum design i have seen.

I would put your efforts into developing the functionality of the site. Maybe have a tutorial section, rss feeds from the forum or a blog written my members.. what does anyone else think?

I agree. Design is fine. If it aint broke don't fix it. Try to develop the weaknesses of the site. As explained above

Mass emails have been sent to the members, to post this about new forum design. Actually I see there are not enough posts for 2 days so I guess they are happy with this current design. If not happy or like to move to new design, there'll be many suggestions here. I knew it!

I agree with you. I have thought about that before launched WeLoveCSS. I planned to have a community when this forum is developing Ok move to next subject; Ricky and I agreed to move WeLoveCSS forums to community for range articles, tutorials and news, ah yes rss feeds.

The design is good,

One small thing to change is the forum icons on the front page. They do not indicate when new posts have been made to a forum, so you have to look through every forum just in case.

A design of your description (graphic pixel style, 100% width, 10px margin, etc) doesn't sound as nice as the design WLC has now. I would keep the design if I were you, maybe try and get some more activity on the forums and add some new features.

There are different type RSS feeds, I don't know which one is right.

Ok I've installed RSS feed. It is in the subcategory, go back to forum homepage and click the category you want to subscribe then click the rss feed icon. Repeat for other categories if you want to.
