Hello All,
I am looking for a tool(open source or low priced) which can take a HTML and CSS file designed for English and generate corresponding HTML and CSS output files for other languages. Please pour in your comments on this. Thank you!! |

It is very hard to create such a tool. Layouts look very different in different languages. Not only languages that are vastly different e.g. RTL compared to LTR, but even languages in close relationship to each other. On top of that you have cultural difference in layouts.

Oh ok got it. But I am just curious how few websites switch languages based on user selection. Do they kind of manually maintain webpages in every supported languages?

html tags and CSS properties and values are the same in ANY language.
A <div> is a <div> is a <div> whether the page text is in French, Spanish or Swahili. Quote:
