Web Design Company - New Layout Design

The site i design is not yet fully furnish or finish what can you suggest to make it looks better and pleasurable.

Pls post any comments or suggestions. I will try my best to improve the design,usability and more. The site is web design company. thanks a lot in advanced.

Header is too big.
The content is very plain and basic. Should have header with bar image.
Make right side smaller.
Should compare navigation buttons colour to header logo.

the buttons are wrapping to two lines. the promotional buttons on the right column are way too big. I think the content can be organized so that you wouldn't have to scroll as much.

I think your background could use some love as well. Maybe a gradiant?
